You can book their tickets online via our online ticket booking portal or our online ticket booking application. For this process, one has to login into his/ her IRCTC account. If one does not have the account, register yourself to IRCTC. Verify your phone and your email ID before making any purchase of the tickets. Now login to your account and book your tickets. One important thing that this process is valid only for the reserved coaches.

For general coach tickets and platform tickets, passengers have another option that is UTS App. It helps you with booking General and Platform tickets just a click away. This application is maintained by CRIS (Centre for Railway Information SystemsTravel & Local).
After booking, you will receive your ticket in text message format sent to the registered mobile number or you the number filled during the ticket booking process.
You can book your tickets offline also.
Cloak Room facility is available in Concourse Hall at Platform 1 for bonafide passengers to keep their luggage in safe custody on payment of prescribed charges.
There are 4 waiting rooms for Reserved Passengers and one concourse hall for unreserved passengers to stay and wait there before and after 2 hours of arriving or departing the train.
Tea stalls/ trolleys and Food stalls are available at all Platforms. These stalls are licensed by the Indian Railway to serve you with the food, fruits, cold drinks, tea and water.
Free toilets are provided at parking of entries, waiting hall of second entry, waiting rooms and platforms.
A toilet block is provided on Platform No 1 on pay and use basis having ladies and gents toilet separately with modern washing fittings. Gents toilet has two commode including one western commode and two bathrooms with three waterless odours less urinals, similarly ladies toilet is having two commodes including one western commode and two bathrooms with modern stainless steel fittings. A toilet block on same pattern is also made available at entry point of station having sufficient rooms and urinals.
Jodhpur Railway Station has a concourse hall that is situated at the main entrance and exit gate at Platform 1. All the passengers who are waiting for the train or waiting for someone known coming to Jodhpur can wait there. The concourse hall is divided in two parts, one is known as non ticketing area connected to current booking windows and enquiry office. The other part is the ticketing area where bonafied passengers or persons having platform ticket can wait.
Appropriate parking places are provided at both the entries of station for parking of two wheeler as well as four wheelers at standard rates.
The lifts and escalators have been provided for the passengers especially those with physical disabilities.
All Platforms are having lift facility at Raikabagh end and escalators are provided at both of main and second entry of Jodhpur Station.
There are 13 rooms made available for RRs at first floor of jodhpur station. Three AC rooms including one Delux room and dormetries having 21 bed are also provided at nominal charges. A passenger having valid PNR can book the room online through IRCTC website or mobie app.... link of site here...
To ensure better accessibility to Persons with Disabilities (Divyangjan) and elderly passengers, short term facilities as detailed below have been provided at all the stations:
Indian Railway is offering the services of Porters / Coolie at Railway stations in order to remove the travel burden of passengers. Jodhpur station is also having the porter’s services round the clock at station on payment of porters charges as fixed by Railways.
There are 2 ATMs available near main entry of station.
A baby feeding room is provided in main concourse hall of Jodhpur station to provide nursing mothers having an appropriate space to pump or breastfeed in privacy when at work or otherwise waiting for train. Feeding suite in rectangular shape structure makes mothers feel comfortable to sit for lactation. There is an ample space for luggage, and another child.
Interior Design & Amenities:The interior of the suite is 6X8X8 feet in size and so designed that mothers feel comfortable, safe and pleasant surrounding while feeding her child. Other amenities like bench/ chair and table are provided for comfortable feeding.
Fan and lighting:A cabin fan has been provided along with one Fan and the white LED lighting.
Children living on the railway stations and other transport terminals constitute a highly vulnerable and marginalized section of the society who normally enters the Railway platforms to eke out a living or for the security it offers. A large number of vulnerable children come in contact with the Indian Railways as passengers or as abandoned, trafficked, runway children from their homes. Missing children travelling in trains and homeless children living at the platforms and working in and around the platforms within the Railway Stations are also children who are in need of protection.
Child help desk is being operated at Jodhpur station round the clock for all the Stakeholders in Safeguarding Rights of Children in Contact with Railways
A plenty of space is provided outside the main entry of station to have stand facilities for auto and taxis. Auto, taxis are always readily available here round the clock. Passenger can hire these taxis to go there destination at any time
Wheel chairs are made available for all the aged persons, differently able person or any patient. Wheel chairs are kept with Chief Ticket Inspector Office on PF 1, and can be get issued by showing a valid ticket and your Identity Card.
