Jodhpur Railway Station Won the Econaur Sustainability awards in Energy Management Project Category.

Econaur Successfully Hosted the Second Edition of “Econaur Sustainability Awards 2021” on 8th October 2021 during an Virtual Ceremony from 5 pm to 7 pm.

Econaur Sustainability Awards was bestowed to the organizationswho worked on sustaining our resources and also to the innovative products which can be used in green construction and to the buildings which are energy efficient or contributing towards a sustainable environment. The Awards Were conferred for exemplary work in specific fields of environment conservation.


The aim of the awards is to Encourage individuals, organizations, groups, businesses, and communities and to Recognize them as role models, We want to Promote, Acknowledge and Reward their efforts in Sustainable development. Econaur stated that they Concluded the awards to aware and educate society for environmental issues & ways to step towards sustainability.

Some of the practices and processes, which have been introduced by Jodhpur railway station include designing of the station to ensure access of over 90% sun light, conservation of trees and development of vertical gardens, 100% use of LED lights, use of BEE Star rated electrical equipment, set up of solar energy plant over sheds with a power generation capacity of 870 kv etc.


Jodhpur Railway Station Won the Winner award in the Energy Management Category, the award was announced by Mr. Bibhu Charan Swain, General Secretary Indian Association of Energy Management Professionals. On behalf of Jodhpur Railway Station team Mr. Varun Gaur took the award and highlighted about the work Jodhpur Railway Station is doing in the Field of Sustainability from so many years. Econaur Co-founder Mr. Kapil Menghrani appreciated Jodhpur Railway station team and consultant for their Contribution in Sustainability.


Jodhpur Railway Station Another unique process includes the setting up of a bio-gas generator, which converts food residues and other waste material into energy, which is being used in kitchen and light arrangements, thereby saving another Rs 6.5 lakh per annum.
